I was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois and moved to Florida in 2014 to get away from the harsh winters of the windy city. I graduated with honors in Medical Administrative Assistant from Everest College as Valedictorian. When I started my medical career that is when I realized the importance of patient caring. If I had to state my favorite thing about patient advocacy is being able to go over and beyond in assisting in the needs of patients and seeing their smiles and listening to their life memories and stories.
I have been with CSI since July 2018 as the front office coordinator. Some of the duties I am responsible for is answering phones ensuring the scheduling of patients, assisting with checking patients in and assisting in policies and protocols.
Outside of work I am a dedicated mom of 5 children, 2 grandchildren, 1 dog and 1 cat. I also am a volunteer with the kidney foundation, both in Chicago IL. and Tampa, FL.
